About me
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of being truly heard. So often, the challenges we face feel isolating—yet when we bring them into the open, we can begin to find clarity, strength, and hope. In my practice, I create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based perspectives, and mindfulness techniques. Together, these methods provide both practical tools for change and deeper self-awareness. I will help you identify unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior, reconnect with your unique strengths, and cultivate presence in the moment.
I have a particular passion for working with the perinatal population—supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many transitions of parenthood. This season of life can bring joy, but it can also stir up unexpected challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity shifts, or feelings of overwhelm. My goal is to offer a space where these experiences can be shared openly, honored fully, and met with compassion.
Whether you are navigating perinatal changes, managing anxiety or depression, working through relationship concerns, or seeking personal growth, therapy with me is a place where you can be heard, supported, and encouraged to create meaningful change.
